In October the farm hosted an Artisan Fair where a number of local vendors came to the fair and sold their products. For this fair a press release was created for promotion and influence people to attend. This press release was published in Scene Magazine. This potentially motivated unreached audience members to attend.
Also a webpage was created displaying the vendors and giving information and the fair. This was an attempt to cross promote the vendors themselves and the fair. By viewing the page the audience could be motivated to attend the fair as well as gain awareness about the vendors.
All this promotion was able to create a stronger awareness of Laughing Buck Farm. The press release potentially reached untapped audience members and created a stronger awareness in the community. This might have prompted them to visit the farm. The vendors promoted the fair in their own outlets which also might have reached unaware audience members. This promotion and event was able to reach out and gain attention to current and new audience members.
